[ 10 / PROCESS ]

Five steps. No surprises after the deposit.

The five steps

  1. First call

We talk through what you need, look at what exists today (a current site, brand, or product), and figure out which service and package actually fit. No cost, no obligation.

  2. Fixed-price proposal

You get a written proposal: the exact scope, the exact deliverables, and the exact price. If it’s a fixed-price package, that’s the number on the site. If it’s open-scope work, this is where the number gets fixed in writing.

  3. Deposit & kickoff

Most projects: 50% deposit before work begins. That deposit books your project into the schedule and starts the clock on the work.

  4. Design & build

The same two people who quoted the project design it and build it. Revisions happen within the agreed scope, unlimited, until you sign off.

  5. Launch & handover

We launch, test across devices, and hand over everything you own — files, access, and a plain walkthrough of what you’re looking at. The remaining 50% is due on delivery.

Questions about the process

What happens if I need to pause a project midway?

Tell us as early as possible — work already completed beyond the deposit is invoiced pro rata, and we’ll agree a restart point in writing.

Can I see progress before final delivery?

Yes — the design-and-build step includes checkpoints, not a single reveal at the end.

What’s due at kickoff versus at delivery?

The deposit (50% on most packages) books the project; the balance is due when the work is delivered, not before.
