Real. Fixed-price packages are exactly what you’ll pay. "from $" packages are quoted from that starting number once we know the actual scope.

Most packages: 50% before work begins, 50% on delivery. Cancel before work starts and the deposit is refunded in full.

The deposit is non-refundable at that point; any work completed beyond the deposit is invoiced pro rata. Full detail: /legal/refunds/.

Applicable taxes, if any, are confirmed on your invoice — we don’t assert a tax treatment we’re not qualified to state at checkout.

Timelines are confirmed in writing at the proposal stage, before any deposit is due — so you know the schedule before you commit. (One example: the Starter website package typically runs 3–4 weeks from kickoff.)

It’s quoted as an addition, in writing, before we start on it — never a surprise on the final invoice.
