Designs By Bros LLC ("Designs By Bros," "we," "us," or "our") operates designsbybros.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how it's handled.

2. Information we collect

When you use this site, we collect only what you give us directly:

• Contact form / enquiry submissions: name, email address, phone number (if provided), company name (if provided), and the project details you write to us.
• Checkout: name, email, phone, billing/postal address, and the project details entered during checkout. Card details entered at checkout are handled by the checkout's demonstration payment step (see §3 and Terms of Service) and are never transmitted, logged, or stored by us.
• Automatically, only with your consent: aggregated, anonymized analytics data via Google Analytics 4 (see §5), and never before you've accepted analytics cookies.

3. How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, to prepare and deliver a quote or proposal, to process an order placed through checkout, to correspond about an active project, and — where GA4 is enabled by your consent — to understand which pages are useful so we can improve the site. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. The only third-party tool integrated on this site is Google Analytics 4, and only once you've opted in through the cookie consent banner. If a future integration is added (for example, a different form-submission service or payment processor), this policy will be updated before it goes live.

5. Cookies & analytics

This site uses essential cookies to operate (remembering your cart and your cookie choice) and, only with your consent, Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregated site usage. 6. Data retention

We keep enquiry and order information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, deliver a purchased service, and meet our own bookkeeping and legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

7. Your rights

You can ask us, at any time, to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email support@designsbybros.com and we'll respond directly. If you're a California resident, this includes the rights available to you under the California Consumer Privacy Act; if you're in a jurisdiction with its own data-protection law, we'll honor the rights it grants you to the extent they apply.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect the information you share with us. No card payment data is ever transmitted to or stored by us — see Terms of Service for how the checkout's demonstration payment step works.

9. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.

10. Changes to this policy

If we materially change how we collect or use personal information, we'll update this page and its "Last updated" date.
